My niece was sold a 2011 Town and Country. She is a mother with 6 babies and she is a single working mom. Universal Nissan has sold her a lemon and I want everyone to know how devastating this is for her. There is no integrity and we will be reporting them to consumer affairs. The name Nissan has been around for a long time and should uphold themselves with more integrity.

got told that i could trade in my vehicle & use as a down payment to get a new car . so i did exactly that . they made me feel like i had my brand new car for sure ringing that dam bell they have , just to find out that i have to get my old car back with a broken piece of it in return . i would not do business with them ever again. got my hopes up for no dam reason
