The person who measured our picture windows were wrong with measurements. The basement windows look great. Still waiting for windows. No call or update was given since they left 2 months ago.
Crew did an awesome job. Very clean, communicated well, finished it all in one day. We are very pleased with our new windows and sliding door.
Very happy with the sales rep initially but when the windows arrived for installation the upper sashes were not matching our existing windows. So he didn't gather the correct info. Now we are waiting for new uppers and have no idea when these will be installed.
The windows look great. It is a LOT quieter. The installers were polite and efficient. The test of time hasn’t passed to let us know if all the promises made at the estimate meeting are going to be fulfilled.
My window are wonderful. I liveon a mobile home and had terrlble drafty widnow. With my new window those drafts are gone and can open my drapes to open up my wnvoronment. Also noise cancaling. Best investment icould have made in my hone.
