This is a great product and the installers were right on time and did a nice job.
Ask for Jim and Ken to install your job. No matter what happens they will make it right. We do not wish for our survey to be shared online but you do not provide that as an option.
The two that installed my patio door was perfect. They installed my other windows last year and did a great job.
Difficult to say if I would recommend them or not. Several windows installed have defects. Awaiting a review by a representative to see if they will resolve these issues for me. Very disappointed to have brand new windows that aren’t the quality I paid for.
