Company has very good communication via phone calls, emails and texts to keep us in the loop the entire process. Timeline kept as promised. Installer had a little trouble getting my old sliding glass door out but was determined to finish even though he was scheduled to go to another job that day. He stayed until he finished. He did not cut any corners to finish sooner. Love that guy Bob and the entire Universal Window Team!
