I would say for a large project like ours, I would recommend. The price for the quality was unmatched. But aside from our sales person being great, for a smaller project, I don't know if the price savings was worth the run around. Every time I called, people were kind and helpful, but follow up calls never came and I felt I had to stay on top of the project more than I should have for the sales value. My new doors were put in, they are beautiful, they make the front of the house look awesome and the back door is absolutely great too
It took a few months (4 I think) from the time we had the salesman out to final install. We were hoping to have it done during winter when the door was drafty and losing heat, was installed in June. The door was custom and had to be remeasured a second time. When they finally came out to install the door was found to have a dent after leaving the factory. What I am happy with though is that the installers did a great job and saved our 100-year-old door molding, which was an important part of our requirement for the job. I wo... read more
