Our great experience with Universal started in the initial bid process. The other company we spoke with did not provide even 1/2 of the details we got from Universal. Our se=ales rep was very knowledgeable and really not "salesy" . He just presented us with facts. And I really loved the 3-D imaging of the house and his virtual presentation. Pricing was what I would call "medium" and it really came down to the sales rep's presentation and the way he interacted with us.
