The windows and doors are very well built but there is no communication from Universal windows why the windows were delayed for over a month and I am still waiting on one window to be installed.
Very happy with our new windows. The windows are beautiful and the installation was performed very professionally.
The installation was pretty painless and the installers were excellent.
