The end result of our experience was GREAT! We are happy with our windows and so impressed that Universal stood behind it's product and workmanship. However, We were not in a good place after the initial install! We are so thankful that our sales representative and the second crew made it right! Their work ethic and customer service was absolutely top notch! I cannot fully recommend though, because we worry other customers might get our first install crew.
