I would recommend but I think the follow up could be better. That is explained more in this survey. Also the guy who came to check the install was good. I said that I was worried about water sitting in the bottom because of the way it was installed and he said if it leaked to the subfloor you guys would be responsible because the install was correct

I had you guys come out to fix our storm door lock and you did. I just would have thought it would have taken a lot less time to repair than it did. Maybe or maybe not all blame on you, I understand when you are at the mercy of other merchants when parts are being ordered.

Prices are outrages, installers have been fine but multiple issues brought them back out to fix things.
