It was a good experience. Windows are exactly what we needed. Warmer house and a lot less outside noise. The guys did a great job and they were very polite

Other than the 2 hour presentation it was fairly seamless. Installers were very professional & on time.

I am was overall happy with the windows, but working with the company has been hard. Mostly around communicating. I never heard from them after manufacturing delays unless I reached out to them. They set high expectations but did not meet them regarding how long it was going to take to get the windows. Installation was fine, but would have liked a walk through regarding care and usage.
