we were given a choice of finishes at time of purchase. i chose oak, for interior, we got painted white? i was called by rep, i think named megan, iexplained my question/ problem, she said she would check and get back to me, a week has gone by and heard nothing

From start to finish this is a great company and great product.
I was excited when the salesman left my house and that is where it ended. Installers left a huge mess of screws, glass and other window debris for me to clean up. They also didn't remove window stickers or clean my windows as I was told they would be doing.
