I really liked my salesman. When my windows came in, the window that was ordered for the dining room was the wrong one. I ordered a 1/4, 1/2, 1/4. When I contacted customer service she told me that if I wanted a different window, I would have to pay additional for that window. What? She told me that when the guy came out and measured for the window, when I signed a form that he said just said that he was out here, was binding saying that what he put down and they ordered was the window 1/3,1/3,1/3. The windows themselves are great. On install had some issues with no show for installers and customer service disorganization with that. Eventually all installed and very happy with the windows and quality of work done.
