Everything ended up well. Bryant, salesperson, was wonderful. He was kind, knowledgable and did great follow up. Installers were on time and worked hard. windows look great! my only complaint is that 5 days before the install i got an email confirming the date, which was wrong. I replied that date was wrong. was told it was changed and someone had called me. i got no call at all. had to reschedule personal things on another date to get my windows done

Friendly guy, the one who could speak English. Quick work, but dings, gouges, marred surfaces on windows and even on a wall now.
