I felt a little pressured by the salesman (Joe?). I think I paid too much. I wasn't pleased to have to wait 12-13 week, but even less pleased to have to wait almost twice as long. There was no contact to update me that it was going to take longer or why. When I called to inquire, was simply told they aren't ready. Chris, the installation guy was fantastic.
