The install of 3 windows took less than 2 hours. One of the window was a garden window…I’d like to know they take their time when it comes to craftsmanship. The appearance looks good
I have already recommended Universal Windows Direct to two friends. I am completely satisfied with my windows.
I felt pressured to purchase on the spot at the quote and i am not sure i got the best deal. Plus i found out little things in our contract later on that were never mentioned. The install was great and the windows came in much faster than i though, but i am not sure what more surprises will be pulled.
