Our window install team was very professional and did great work. They were very knowledgeable and friendly.I was initially concerned with the service of Universal Windows. We received numerous texts/emails and calls to confirm our initial "sales" appointment and then the sales representative cancelled 2 hours prior to appointment time (after we of course planned our schedules around said appointment) . The entire process has been a pleasant experience. After the sales representative came to our house, we canceled the appointments for the other companies. The installation was completed in one day and we are able to begin enjoying our new windows.
Universal Windows Direct has an exceptional product that was installed quickly, efficiently and in an excellent workmanlike manner. We are extremely satisfied with our entire experience with the company from the first visit to the final cleanup. And the windows thus far are performing wonderfully and look great!
