Today my husband and I had to say goodbye to our boy… Dr. Stelly was great BUT the receptionist that “helped” us was RUDE. No bedside manner whatsoever from her or even just plain decency. The other two receptionist (older lady and new lady) were sweet. The one that “helped” us made today even harder.
3 hours ago I have been going there about 3years service was great. I have 5 dogs, only bring 3 there, for now there service the last year or a little longer is terrible. The doctor's are great, office personnel is terrible. I get reminders for my dogs which is incorrect, I have use my time to check on it. When I go in with my dogs I get a 10% V A discount, I even remind them before they print the bill and still have to call them to get the credit the next time I go in. I have a $ 57 credit now. We've been going to University Animal Clinic since we moved here in 1989 with our precious Chip. He was an Epileptic very pure breed long hair Chihuahua that vets in Austin, Texas wouldn't treat. Mickey and Bob started treating his horrid seizures straight away and he lived 7.5 more years��. Wouldn't take our Fur babies any where else. ���

SATURDAY MY 3LB BABY PAPILLON PASSED AWAY...SO THIS MORNING I TOOK HER SMALL CASKET IN FOR THEM TO PUT HER IN...WHEN I CALLED TO SEE IF HER TINY BODY WAS READY THE EMPLOYEES LEFT THE PHONE ON...FOR 29 MINS I HAD TO LISTEN TO THEM MAKE FUN....TALK ABOUT "blow drying " her...LAUGHING ...about "What do customers expect "....also joked about fitting someone's Doberman into her box bc I was nailing it shut....amongst alot of other non pet related items !!!
