This was my first time going through UH Virtual Urgent Care, I am satisfied with the issue review and currently have my prescription. There was a 20 minute wait from my meeting time before the NP or DR logged in for the meeting. So don’t disconnect when waiting for assistance.
It was my first virtual appointment. The start was kinda Rocky but figured it out. Once the appointment started everything went smoothly. I would definitely do another virtual visit
The provider was kind and listened to my symptoms , was knowledgeable and patient with my lack of technical knowledge.
I ended up having my virtual appt that finally connected when I went to urgent care, so I was very happy and the doctor helped me.
