The CNP was great. The Receptionist was great. The paperwork to get signed up for a virtual visit was very time consuming.
Easy process and provider was phenomenal. Timing was rough. First signed up for 1015am and had to cancel at 1055. Signed up later for 1:30 and had to wait another 35 minutes.
My practioner was great. But the process leading to the visit was less than desired. I feel like I was strong armed into a $100.00 "deductible" payment. The original appointment time was made for 0930. Apparently, someone from the payment department called me 7 minutes before my appointment. But, I was away from my phone, the name on the caller-id read "Piedmont Urgt", and no v.m. was left. I logged on the call at 0928, no one showed.
