I went in hoping to find out what is going on with my leg, I've had this rash since before the 13th of August now,with extreme swelling that goes down when I'm off of it. It's become worse over the last couple of days which I tried explaining to Dr. Poole. But all he seemed concerned with knowing was had he done a satisfactory job and had he answered my question like he knew he was going to be surveyed. Reception Desk staff nice. Nurse nice. Physician assistant was not very informative . Gave me very little information on my condition and explanation on treatment, how the prescriptions will Work etc. nor did she explain what I need to watch for while recovering etc. Saw a friend who is a doctor later in the day who was much more helpful. I will not ever recommend your care facility. I was very disappointed.
I scratched the cornea of my left eye and was miserable in pain.I went in and the receptionist was wonderful to help. I was seen quickly. The doctor checked my eye and prescribed meds. Couldn't ask for better treatment. I felt comfortable that my eye would be good.
Dr Tatiana and Nurse Faith were awesome. I felt heard and received a thorough exam for my issue. As a visitor from Texas I say ya’ll are amazing and I am so grateful
The best care ever- the staff was incredible. They were very caring and efficient. I was even able to get my prescription there so I could go straight home to rest. The physician assistant was amazing (Tatiana) - very caring and thorough!
