I found this to be a very efficient care center. Everyone was very professional & respectful of my privacy. I would highly recommend this facility to any one needing urgent care.

Not leave sick people in a freezing room for over 30 minutes with no one saying anything. I had to ask if they forgot someone in the room. No summary given and no help but I am contagious.

Patient wait time was over an hour even after being triaged. Doctor assumed what I had because that’s what everyone else she'd seen had. I’ll be going to Mercy Health in the morning for a 2nd opinion.
