Front desk was friendly and quick. Doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. She quickly took care of me and prescribed what was needed. She also let me know she is there all day until 8 PM, if I needed anything. The whole experience was quick, pleasant and easy.

Patient wait time was over an hour even after being triaged. Doctor assumed what I had because that’s what everyone else she'd seen had. I’ll be going to Mercy Health in the morning for a 2nd opinion.
