I was really happy with the treatment I received . Everyone was friendly and the the clinic was very clean and organized . If I have to go for treatment I will definitely go back.

My daughter was seen yesterday for a Sports Physical. The PA on staff was very thorough with exam. We also used book ahead which was super convenient for a busy working parent which made the check in process super easy.
Knowledge & pleasant staff; but the website says they do Lab work, which I thought would diagnose my issue. They do not do blood, so I was sent to the ER; now I’ll pay double the fees. I would have gone to the ER first if I knew this location didn’t do blood.
What a frustrating experience! I hope I never have to come to this facility again. Been here for almost two hours. No one has even asked me how I feel. Came here for extreme pain. I may have to walk out with no relief. They were careful to take my payment card first thing. Cannot believe this is the level of “care” at a UH Urgent Care. Nothing “urgent” about this facility!!
