Everyone was super kind and professional. I was taken right away with no wait time. The ability to have X-rays taken right there made everything go quickly and easy. Everyone there was also very knowledgeable and great in explaining the findings and how to proceed with recovery. Plus the receptionist took great care of me in making sure I took as few steps as possible on my injury.

The doctor rushed me throughout the ENTIRE visit! Because she was rushing, she poked my ear pretty hard.with her instrument. She also disclosed to me that sometimes she has so many patients, that she doesn’t have time to even clean her stethoscope in between patients. She used medical jargon. I did not understand and repeated it when I asked for clarification. The receptionist asked for the address of the pharmacy, which I looked up for her. I walk in on crutches with a gout flareup and I’m told to go back to work the next day. I’m in pain and cannot even stand up on my own. Dr. Rayokovich has no compassion. Everyone else was awesome. I'll lose my job without a note, but I can't walk
Was seen for maybe 5 minutes, no real direction given regarding medication prescribed or things to avoid while taking the medication. Doctor came in and said 2 sentences maximum to me.
