All semester I've been dreading the hassle of asking for a refund on a faulty e-book the SupeStore sold me, but the employees today were so friendly and helpful that I wonder why I ever waited. At the beginning of the semester, my GEO 104 class realized that the access codes for our online textbook didn't work.
