My husband took our dog here last week and didn’t have the best experience. However, Dr. Basso saw his Google review and personally called this week to gain a deeper understanding of the appointment (she wasn’t the vet who my husband saw) and the issues going on with our dog. She invested a good amount of time to follow up and answer all my questions. Appreciated her concerns and intentionality!
By far one of the best vet experiences I’ve ever had! I have a very anxious German Shepherd/Husky mix and the reception staff, vet techs, and veterinarian were so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The facility is immaculate and it is clear they truly care about each and every patient. I was completely impressed and feel so relieved I have found such an amazing place to care for my girl.
I would Recommend they are very caring for you and your furbaby and will work with you and our resemble with pricing. Dr basso and staff very friendly this is my current vet for my 3 cats !!🐱
I came in because our dog was having a myriad of strange pain symptoms. Paid 70 bucks for the vet to basically pet my dog, check their ears, and say “they should probably get blood work done.” Which, if I understood it correctly, wouldn’t help with any diagnosis of my dogs but is something they should do at their age.
I took my almost 2 year old dachshund who is really nervous to her appointment yesterday for vaccines and a nail trim. Dr.Basso and her team were excellent and very understanding of her nervousness. I’ve never been a vet where the Dr actually took their time to stay in the room to answer any questions and even sat on the floor with treats to try to get Molly to come around.
