the folks at University Tire Was wonderful. I had a flat and The spare was stuck, never used before so it was up in there for 146K miles, The mechanic had spent some time on it, I had a very nice bill for this, they are good people
They told me what they suggested but did not tell me I had to do it all
Expensive. Didn't perform all services as advertised
Failed my inspection, took it to another shop and it was passed.
OVER PRICED!!!! charged me $918 for a battery and alternator.
The guy was kind of rude and watching his interactions both over the phone and in person he seemed as if he did not like women. Whenever a woman asked something concerning their vehicle he cut them off and rushed them, as far as the guy who worked on my car they did a decent job although it still says I need washer fluid.
When University Tire & Auto told my 21 yr old daughter she must replace her front right tie rod and it would cost $500 I sent her elsewhere. The Fair cost was $297. AVOID THIS SHOP.
