My experience with University Veterinary and Diagnostic Center has been nothing short of amazing. I transported an 8 week old English Cream Golden Retriever to Salt Lake from Maryland in March after my own personal relocation from Florida in February, and have received a phenomenal level of care and professionalism from Dr. Taylor Howard and the staff at the office. Very clean facility, great customer service from the phone call to schedule appointment to the time I left. I came in from out of town to find a sick pup on my hands and they were able to squeeze me in! Every person I came in contact with was beyond helpful which is an absolute blessing for a ill dog mom.

Dr McCaran took great care of our guy. She is clearly experienced and justly confident in her work. She prepared us for the worst and delivered the best possible results. The bill was also under her worst case estimate. Very happy with the care we received here. Two thumbs up.

Been going to this vet for the last 3 years. Always great, sincere service for my pup. I always feel really well educated on what's going on. The hospital & restrooms are very clean and modern. I would say the only downside is there are no payment options - everything is due at the time of service, but most vets are like that. Just wish they would create an option for monthly payments for larger bills. Overall we've been extremely happy with them.

Dr. Taylor Howard was absolutely awesome. He really cared about my 3 legged dog Lucy. I came in with questions and he gave proper answers. I am new to town and we have had bad luck with vets in the past, and I am stoked that Dr. Howard is taking care of Lucy

My dog had TPLO surgery here and everyone was great. The process was really easy and I got a follow-up call the next day which was really nice. Great instructions too on how to proceed for the next few weeks.
