Many thanks to the folks at University VW. Somehow we lost track of the locking lugs for one of our five VWs and I needed to get the tires replaced before my daughter left to back to Las Cruces. The parts manager dug around and found a matching lug key, and had a service agent take the locking lug off and replace them with regular lug bolts, free of charge, while I waited. Pretty extraordinary by any standard these days! Exceptional customer service and fantastic people - every time. Thank you guys!

We had the most stress free, non-pressured and easy car buying experience. Mike was our sales guy as well as James the Sales Manager and Evan in the business office. They were so accommodating, friendly and genuinely caring. Besides the absolutely amazing customer service, James offered an incredibly fair price on my trade in and worked hard to get us the best interest rate on our new purchase. We are 100% satisfied with our trade-in/car buying experience.
I had a wonderful no hassle experience. However, my car buying experience with Larry Miller Hyundai westside was awful. Especially the car salesman Robert French was rude and unprofessional I will never purchase another vehicle from Larry Miller Hyundai Westside again. However, I will from University Volkswagen/Mazda. The car buying experience was pleasant.
I have been to the service department many times over the course of 2 years. I usually walk in and feel intimidated and brushed off. This last time I was greeted by Adam and my thinking of this place completely changed. He validated my reasons for being there and thoroughly checked everything I had concerns about.
