Excellent sales reps from manager on down, great car, great price, sparkling dealership, professional follow up. This dealership is a gold standard for others. We drove from out-of-state to look at the Corvette we purchased. The photos they had posted on their website were not only impressively appealing, but they were spot on as far as accuracy - the condition of the car perfectly matched the photos (no surprises). I went to the westfield location to purchase a vehichle. Angie helped me, and even refered me to one of the other locations to see if there was something I was interested in there. I spent the whole day test driving different vehichles on the lot. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a 2013 mazda CX5 grand touring. Angie was very professional, and didnt make me feel pressured to purchase a vehichle there. I will definitely return for future purchases.
Honestly, I would not go back to the Noblesville location. The salesman did the absolute minimum to make the deal. From the beginning, I told him I needed the van delivered. After the finance guy got done adding $600 (he tried for $1200) for a “pre-installed” anti theft device, I found it tossed under the front seat. The peel and stick tape not even peeled. Now, to the delivery…they never made the arrangements. All I got was “we’re trying”. The deadline passed (they got their money), and I ended up emailing the owner.... read more
Absolute Crooks. I went back and forth for more than a week verifying everything on the car works as should and it was in good shape. David was very helpful and sent me several videos of the aspects I questioned. Shipping took forever and I was understanding. When the car showed up, one of the ashtrays is broken, and several of the push latches don't work as they should. I was willing to overlook this. However, one of the tires went flat overnight.
