It was a very good experience, they have a great manager who is really willing to work with you to earn your bussines & no sales man trying to pressure you to buy. I recommend Unlimited Motors 3 to anyone looking to get a good deal on a clean vehicle.
The dealer contacted me and followed up, too. The vehicle I looked at needed a new part, but when it was finished he called right back and we scheduled a test drive. Very personable, but still a "salesman." I didn't think I was getting the best deal on the vehicle or my trade in, so I looked elsewhere. But, nice fellows.
These guys are con artists. Once they found out I didn't need their financing, or want their extended warranty, they dumped me. They are here to take advantage of people by charging way more than usual for warranties and financing. Don't do it.
The salesperson was nice, the finance person was an absolute terror. He was rude and condescending, cost them the sale quite honestly. I have no desire to work with this dealership because of the finance department.
Salesman was polite and responsive. Went out of his way to send a walk around video of the car to show imperfections and details because I was going to drive 3.5 hrs to buy the car. When I arrived to get it there were several more small dents, paint chips and scratches on the interior that were not noted on the video. I knew it was a used car and understand there would be some issues, just should've been made aware of them before I made the trip.

This dealer won't sell me a car because I have my own financing (that has lower APR than theirs) and don't want their extended service warranty (a cost of over 4 thousand dollars). My guess is that this dealership gets kickbacks on their loan rates and services.
I mentioned having my own financing early on but they wasted my time to tell me later they would not accept outside financing. Seriously, I was going to send them a the full amount, as pre approved from my credit union. This dealer refused to sell me a car because I did not want to finance it through them. "It is our policy". I was told. How'd that work for them? They still have the car sitting on the lot and I bought the car I wanted from a Subaru dealer that treated me right.
Awful experience with Unlimited and Tariq. Would not let us purchase car with cash, insisted we had to finance and buy their 4000 dollar warranty or we couldn't buy car. Very unethical practices. Beware.
