Jay was very professional with us and helped pick out a great used car for my 16 year old daughter. We came to the dealership to look at a car that we saw online and it wasn't the car we were hoping for, but Jay showed us a few more and allowed us to test drive one that we liked and even take it to my mechanic to have it inspected. Bought a 2015 Ford Focus from Tim Smith in June 2021 and I can confidently say if you’re looking to get a used car he is your guy to go to. He made the 2 1/2 drive from Illinois totally worth it. He is very professional in what he does and made the whole car buying process very smooth. I’ve bought cars in the past and the salesmen only saw me as another sale, but it wasn’t like this with Tim, he genuinely wanted to help me get the car of my dreams. I would definitely come back and buy a car from him in the future!
