Jorge was wonderful and worked with us to coordinate our trade-in and get us the car we needed. He was efficient and responsive in all communications. He even had the car washed and detailed on the day we picked it up.
Love my new car. Perfect for me. Fun to drive. Great experience, no pressure! Jorge was great on the phone from the ad. He had the car out front and ready to test drive when we came in. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Several stayed late to fill out the paperwork.

I worked with Jorge first by email about a 2015 Lexus. He responded quickly with answers to my questions. We drove from Cincinnati to see the car and it was exactly how the ad and Jorge described. He greeted us with a smile and had the car ready for us to drive. It was a pleasant experience because Jorge worked with us, he didn’t try to pressure us to but. In the end, we worked out a price fair to both parties. We will definitely look to Jorge when we are in need of another vehicle. Great experience!
