Great online experience This was my first online buying experience, which trying to overlook a car from pictures and online information will make anyone nervous. Great customer service Seen a vehicle online and sent email to request a test drive. Very quick response from Tariq sales manager to email and scheduled test drive for same day. After test drive decided to purchase. I got pre-approved online to save time. I was out of dealership in about 30 minutes. Very pleased with the vehicle and buying process. Great Job Tariq!
I took my Grandson here to look at a vehicle. Where he was able to purchase the vehicle he really wanted. I would like to thank the financial person who assisted us. Best Car buying experience I've ever had. I purchased the truck from over 300 miles away so I had to trust the sales rep. TJ for everything about the truck to be as he described and also that he wasn't hiding anything. The price though, sounded too good for its description. Great buying experience I was looking for a specific Ford Mustang convertible. Found it on the internet. Called Unlimited Motors,Tim Smith answered the phone, said the car was in good shape and still available. Drove to Indy from Louisville. Drove car for half an hour. Told Tim “Sold “..
