Birdeye improves platform filters for better user experience
ImprovementBirdeye has now improved filters across the platform to enhance the user experience. The new filters will improve data discoverability and usability across the platform.
Birdeye has now improved filters across the platform to enhance and improve discoverability of user data. Customers can now use the filters under each product to filter data effectively and efficiently.
Each product will have its own default filters which will help customers discover the data they want and take actionable insights. Customers also have the ability to ‘Save’ their preferred filters to filter incoming data, and also ‘Delete’ them. You can also reset the filters at any point to view the default settings on the selected page.
