first visit today. Really lovely friendly staff. we weren't rushed in and out. Really good communication. I was pleased with how the staff were with our dog. we walked out feeling really good about swapping vet's. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this vet. wish I did it sooner.

I just want to say a huge thank you for the compassion you showed towards our family when we had the unfortunate decision to put our 15 year old dog down. The process was done with respect towards both our family pet and our family. Highly recommend this vet.

Your vets are very caring especially Margaret King who is so kind and gentle towards my cat, Zara. I was a little disappointed on my last two visits when you had no record of my Best for Pet membership which I started in February 2019 and have been paying monthly deductions by direct debit for over two years. One of your staff said membership is for one year only. That is incorrect in my case. I emailed screenshots from as proof my bank account showing payments from January to April 2021 which all went to Upper Hutt Veterina... read more

I cannot speak highly enough regards the Excellence of the Vets at this practice. Also the Nurses they are truly outstanding. I lost my two beloved dogs Micah & Bella my best friends & constant companions, who I brought back from The USA six years ago & was devastated to say the least. I could not have walked this very difficult & painful journey without them all! for which I will be eternally grateful. Kind Regards Margaret Payne
