poor service.. poor communication.. i got left voice mail saying my dog test results are back and the vet will call me. after not getting a call in 24 hours I followed up, only to be told they don't have the results. no explanation or apology, just the run around!!

RecommendedI am really disappointed in your clinic today. My cat Zara had an appointment at 11.00 am today 12 May 2022 but I was unable to catch her. I phoned up to let you know I was not coming. I spoke to Nikita and I felt she was very uncaring. My cat Zara has an incurable illness and the check ups are important. Your receptionist was cold and did not offer to reschedule the appointment. We had our mini schnauzer neutered a while ago. We were not provided with pain relief and he whimpered and cried for 24 hours, and now hates being groomed anywhere around the site. Completely different experience with our the Stokes Valley vet who sent our second boy home with pain relief for several days. He recovered much more quickly.

Not my vet and never would be, was visiting in an emergency, dog got a bee sting so I went in. Rude staff and far too busy to help me.
