We went to uptown to celebrate my daughter birthday and normally the service is not good but last night was have a really awesome waiter/server. His name is JOEY. He made our experience at uptown Alley great one. Thank you JOEY for your awesome service.
We hosted our company staff team building day here! We had incredible service and the VIP lounge was PERFECT - really enjoyed the billiards and bowling. They put together a great package for us at a great price. Def recommend for this kind of thing.
I came across this place walking through the mall. WOW! this is hands down the best part of the mall! Love the atmosphere and they have arcade games, bowling alley, laser tag and ummmmm wonderful service. VIP service with Wendy is 5 star in my book. She served me and my friends the best drinks we have had In the Nova area. Thank you so much!!

I was skeptical at first to come in because of the reviews. One night last week my husband and I both had the night off and decided to stay local. We wound up at Uptown Alley. We sat down and ordered food and drinks. The drinks took a little bit longer than expected. However a young blond woman came over and brought the drinks.
