We had our Christmas party (15 of us)there tonight. Michelle the lady at bowling counter and the Manager that helped us get a seat were amazing. Service Che was slow and none of the checks were correct! Thankfully our wives got everything straight after at least a half hour of talking with managers and servers. 0 STARS Today we went to Uptown Alley for a birthday and it was an extremely dissapionting experience. The beginning of the time there was a decent experience, the waiter was nice and professional. Unfortunately this all changed after we waited over 20 minutes for 6 drinks of which 4 were water. They were moderately busy so it was understandable. Sometimes this place i like to hug out but, the waitress is slow, and now who ever turn off the TV wile we are watching a football game they turn off all the TV by the launch areas that is so rude for me they should tell us.

The service was horrible. It took 1 hour to get the food and the appetizer never made it to the table. The waitress did not give us napkins or utensils. In addition, we waited over 15 minutes to get a glass of water and a coke. really disappointed.
RecommendedThe bands are good but the music is too loud. About 115 decibels. Hurts the ears and the sound guy is rude if you say it is too loud!!!

Worked here for far too long. They treat their employees like dirt, unsanitary doesn't even BEGIN to describe the kitchen, and the management is rude and inhuman. I've seen food dropped on the floor and still put onto plates. They raise drink prices at night and tell the servers to not tell the customers and hope they don't notice. If you value your health, don't eat the food here. If you value people and morals, don't spend your money here. This place should be shut down.
Went there for a girls night out for dinner I had hot wings but the wings basically didn’t have no sauce on them so they took them back a I got the sliders � (OMG WHY DID I DO THAT) when I left the restaurant I went straight home I got sick as a dog I was throwing up and going to the bathroom at the same time I had the shakes and I broke out into a sweat but I wasn’t hot I will never eat there again if you go DO NOT EAT THERE!!!!
Kiasha provides me with 5 star service every time I visit Uptown Alley. She’s attentive, friendly, and she always gets my order correct!! Kiasha is definitely a shining star at this establishment! Go check her out, she’s sure to make your experience pleasurable!!
