Went in just to kill time and I was surprised at how clean, neat, and well organized the store is. The next time I came in I took a bag of clothes to the buy counter and the process was very easy and the offer came within the hour. I love that you have an option to donate the clothes they are not interested in to a community partner. The staff has been great during both of my trips.
