I love this place all the staff, especially my nurses for Dr. Cedrice Davis. I moved to Atlanta in Sept 2014 from Tacoma WA and have been with the same Dr ever since. If I move out of Cobb County I still will travel to see my favorite Dr., nurses and the staff.
Great visit from start to follow up. Front desk was warm and jovial. My nurse was funny and kind- and she was quick getting me in the room, great skills for painless blood draw and flu shot. Dr Davis was warm and welcoming. Listened to and answered my questions, was very thorough, but also had me out on time! The follow up 2 days later was quick, thorough and informative. All in all, each team member contributed to an excellent experience for my yearly physical with Urban Family Practice.
I saw PA Michelle Han last week for an annual wellness exam - my first with this practice. Michelle and nurse Tiffanie were both very attentive and thorough with my exam and the conversation about my health. Michelle took her time, and we discussed my entire health history. Tiffanie followed up the next day with my results and provided straight forward strategies to improve my overall wellness. Dr Mark has been my PCP for going on 10 years. I drive 1 1/2 hours to see him each way since I have moved further away. He knows me, my conditions and remembers me every time. He takes the time to answer all of my questions, puts me at ease, gives me advice and suggestions as needed and is very honest and up front regardless good or bad news. Highly dissapointed in my last visit. I have been coming to this practice since I moved to Atlanta in 1992. I only needed a refill on a prescription (sleeping pills for an international trip) but was told to come in to see the doctor even though I had been for my physical in March and am in stellar health and on zero meds. Nonetheless, I came in only to wait 45 minutes to see the doctor, who spent all of 3 minutes with me so I can get my refill.
