Urban Floors was hired in the fall of 2021 after the purchase of our home for vinyl flooring installation, drywall work, sourcing kitchen cabinets and cabinet installation. I love my new floors from Urban Floors!!! They are stunning and the entire experience from selection to installation was not only uneventful, it was a pleasure. The sales team and installers were knowledgeable and friendly. The timelines provided were always reasonable and met. My husband and I work from home and the team was always mindful of that dynamic. Urban floors did a great job carpeting several rooms in my home. They were all extremely professional and accommodated my schedule when I asked them to without any difficulty. They have a great selection of product and were always willing to come to my home with multiple samples to see what would look best in each room.
