The building is gorgeous and the staff was friendly at first sight. It just got better. Raylea and Pixie were awesome! They were very knowledgeable and open to all my questions. I was made very comfortable after all my concerns and had a great experience. I’ll definitely be continuing this journey to clear skin with them.

I would first like to say... I’m so in love with Charlotte Urban Skin Solutions! The staff is amazing... I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality from the minute I walked in and until I left. I always feel welcomed! And my Esthetician Shireta was so loving ! I really enjoyed her going step by step as far as my treatment. It was a new treatment... but after her warm approach, I love the Facial/Jelly Mask!!! You guys rock!!!🤩

Sharetta is extremely patient, attentive and knowledgeable and takes time to make you feel very comfortable. She’s truly passionated about her work and it shows every visit.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place ! I called at lunch time on a Friday and was able to get in at 6pm the same day for a facial and dermaplaning. Pixie took great care of me, I enjoyed our conversation, and she made some great recommendations as well. Great customer service all around. The professionals at the University City location have helped me tremendously!
