The entire staff was very courteous and polite. As soon as you enter the door you feel that warm welcome. I'm so excited about starting my weight loss journey there!

Gracie was fantastic! She listened to my concerns first and mentioned some of the items she noticed about my skin while making sure I was comfortable. I also liked that she recommended we start small, see what works, and add on products if needed. She also discussed some of the peel and laser options for me to address the hyperpigmentation and reduce my pore size (my two biggest concerns). I am looking forward to my journey with USS.
always a great experience at USS. The medical assistant (can't remember her name) that greeted me was very passionate about her job at USS, it was obvious with her friendly smile and conversation. all the ladies are super sweet. now let's get rid of 20lbs!! :)

I give this place a 5 Star review based on the service provided to me, the staff members were kind, welcoming and friendly, besides, my skin Care specialist Ms. Sarah Ford was amazing, knowledgeable and gave me an exception service. I would recommend her or anyone else to this place!
Every visit they are always prompt with scheduled service. Staff are very informative and friendly.
I enjoyed my second visit to Urban Skin Solutions! Only thing that I was I unsatisfied with was my appointment being rushed through. I do believe I needed a little more some with my aesthetician given the fact how much money was spent. Also before my procedure I don't think my face was properly cleaned. Other than that I loved the service I received.
