I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience at this facility. Unfortunately, I found their check-in procedures to be neither efficient nor practical, which led to frustrations during my visit. The receptionist is easily the most apathetic person I have encountered at a medical facility. Additionally, I encountered dismissive remarks when seeking clarification on specific questions. The nurse practitioner is very knowledgeable however the older lady at the front desk is rude very judgemental and unprofessional. She would be the person you first come in contact with when you go in the door. I looked for a email to email regarding the interaction I had. Found no email that is why I am posting here. If an urgent care cannot draw blood and send it to a lab, that isn't very good. That is literally as basic as it gets. The urgent care isn't doing the tests. They are just assessing the situation and drawing blood! The lab does all the testing. So for a receptionist to say we can't draw blood here is crazy. Definitely tells me to never go here.
These people know their job. Infection, which was red and very swollen. The lady Dr. was so on point. Received a shot to speed the healing process and called in prescription. I feel so much better. Thank you, Urgent Care, off 32nd of Muskogee. Good work, all who work there...
This happened in December 2023 my son had two insurance’s at that time and he gave them to the front desk person in checotah urgent care the doctors and nurse always good to patients but the woman running thier front desk was so mean, rude, hateful to anyone who came in, she told my son we will just file it with the best insurance meaning they wanted more money and found out the secondary paid out way too much 12/2023 $2083.23 for a ful or strep , covid test is all but it should had been filed correctly but front desk person... read more
