1/2 hr wait. Not bad on a Saturday night, but service was slow, people that came in after us were served and out before us. Steak was rubbery
Service was TERRIBLE. Girl said she was new. Her first day. Said computer was down. Guess what. There are lots of places to dock the boat. Won't go there again.
Our hotel manager recommended this place for fine dining, my boyfriend ordered ribs, which looked good but was all fat. I ordered shrimp that smelled and tasted disgusting. We also had free beverage cards that they didn't accomomadate. The bill was $70 and we left hungry. Thr only good thing was the waterfront seating..
Took the time to visit the restaurant for supper tonight.. We were turned away because they had a senior group... Nothing was posted on this site or the web�. Especially ,the fact we had called ahead to see if you were opened .. The recording said , you would be open tonight! �. From now on , I will stay in SH when on vacation .. As we stood waiting for 4:00pm opening, ANOTHER couple said, they were turned away another night for the same reason... Not cool!!
Was disappointed that I had to sit in the sun, on the deck, not inside with the air-cooled room. They said it was reserved for bus groups only? My food was good, service was equally as good. But ninety degrees eating in the sun, not acceptable to us at all, especially when the AC room was EMPTY, we will think hard to return again under these conditions. I Would say not.
We haven't eaten at Uries for many years. Oh my gosh, not as good as I remember. I ordered the broiled stuffed shrimp and my hubby ordered the broiled seafood combo. First we were brought our salads and I said, "smallest salad I've ever had in a restaurant" to my hubby. A few minutes after our waitress Sarah picked up our empty salad dishes she brought our platters. Food was over cooked, sea food was rubbery waiter was non- apologetic. Will never go back.
Been here almost 20 minutes and nobody came over to take our order yet. After I flagged someone down, got our order in, food was great. The place is nice. Reasonable prices.
