I was pleased with the communication and availability of Heather; however, when I was advised by her that I would need $12K (conservatively) for cash to close (in the form of a gift) and then find out that we needed another $7K, we were taken aback to say the least. I understand that we are all fallible, but this oversight could have brought our deal to a screeching halt. Nonetheless, we closed and are happy in our new home. 🙂
