I understand that Covid has made things a little different to do business, I do believe there was an opportunity for better communication once we started the process. There was multiple times I had to reach out to get an update, as well as had to ask a lot of questions about the process/ what things meant. The team was great and had an obvious wealth of experience. They communicated often and clearly, and worked hard to keep our loan process on track for our short timeline. The simple online tools for keeping necessary documents and signatures in one place with a clear checklist made our part of the process easy.
