Sandy is the BEST! She answered ANY questions that I had! I would say this may sound like a stupid question, but she never made me feel like it was a stupid question. She would always say please ask! She responses quick and is willing to help any way she can. She will be the first person I call in the future for anything home loan related!

Mr. Herrera and his team of Associates kept the lines of communication open at all times. He ensured my wife and I knew exactly where we were at in the loan process and did multiple follow-ups with us whenever we had questions.
