Me and my partner are foster parents and got a sibling group of 3 and their status changed to adoptive. We lived in a 2 bedroom house and they required us to have a 3 bedroom house to adopt. We went with a different loan officer and she lied the whole time and caused us to lose out on houses. Our realtor recommended us switching to Austin and I am glad that we did. He completed things that the other loan officer didn’t even complete in the 4 weeks in less that two hours. He made the process easy
