Travis and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. We have worked with them multiple times and would recommend them to anyone. Travis maintains a level of integrity that other lenders simply cannot reach. He helped us with our first loan and coached us throughout the process and continued to stay in touch after we closed. Using the portal to upload my documents was very user friendly and appreciated. Christie Biggs stayed in the loop and informed me of anything that was needed. This loan process was a bit longer than the last time and Christie quickly explained the reasons to me. Very helpful and informative all the way around. Another easy and great experience.
