Outside of the length of time it took to close, I realize that it is very busy season for the mortgage business. Steve and his assistant were timely in communicating with me. Very polite and helpful to teach me how to use the phone app. Support, good communication, rapport, call, text or email. I know he works very hard. I hope he gets a well deserved break at just the right time.
